CS control valves are used as part of systems for automatic control and regulation of thermal energy of CTP, etc. of residential, public and industrial buildings, as well as in systems for automatic control of technological processes of various industries for the purpose of continuous regulation of parameters (flow, pressure, etc.) of the working environment.
The CPSS straight-seat mixing valves are designed for installation on pipelines in heating networks of residential and public buildings, as well as hot water supply systems when mixing two media streams in order to regulate various parameters of the total flow. They can be used to complete the equipment of boiler houses, central and individual heating points. The design of the CPSU ensures operation in automatic control and regulation systems, including with the use of microprocessor technology.
THE PRINCIPLE OF OPERATIONThe valve is controlled by an electric actuator (electric drive). The force developed by the electric drive is transmitted to the shutter rod, which moves up and down, changing the cross-sectional area between the seat and the shutter. Changing the area of the flow section leads to a change in the flow rate of the working medium.
